Image Guidelines

To allow our illustrator to really capture the features of your furry friend, the quality of the image and the way your pet is positioned is really important. But dont worry, we have set out some tips below to help guide you. However, if you're unsure, please do not hesitate to reach out before placing your order and verify if the image will be suitable simply email the image(s) to me at yaudesigns@gmail.com.

• Use a brightly lit room.
• Ensure the whole face and neck is visible.
• Use a smartphone or high quality camera.
• Try to avoid using filters, this will help us match the correct colour of your pet.
• If possible, try to have your pet looking directly at the camera and facing forward, we can of course illustrate other positions if you
